Hi, my name is Breanna Quan and recently, I've been to some game bars located in Paris.
These game bars are inexpensive and offer many kinds of games that you could enjoy either with friends or with your partners.
One of such game bars, I've been to with my uncle and I can honestly say that both him and I had fun playing there. It was about 11 pm when we left this game bar after playing Table Pool Games.
So, if you need advice concerning the Top 3 game bars in Paris you need to visit to have a good night with your friends, here you will find all the information you need to plan your night.
Of course, there are lots of excellent wine and cafes bars in Paris. However, there is something different about game bars as they offer social energy and gaming at once.
In other words, game bars create an entirely new experience when going out for the night.
What makes Game Bars in Paris different from usual bars?
Many tourists expect the nightlife in Paris to include music, cocktails, and lengthy conversations on terraces. This is all possible to experience. However, game bars give you another option. Interaction.
Here, instead of sitting at a table and checking your phones you play.
You even may lose a game of pool like me.
Another nice thing about game bars is that you can spend an evening there even with the whole family. Like my uncle and I, for example, or with friends that do not like clubbing atmosphere but still want something fun.
Let's speak now about three places that impressed me.

#1 LE NID - Cocon Ludique
The place that impressed me most was LE NID – Cocon Ludique.
This place looks calm from the outside but inside looks like somebody created a gaming oasis for adults. The walls are full of games and, after taking seat you forget all your worries.
This really happened to us.
Initially, we wanted to spend there half an hour. But, instead, we stayed almost three hours.
This bar pays great attention to the culture of tabletop games. There are many kinds of them and, if you're new to them, the workers there will advise you which game is better to start with. It's quite an important detail.
The atmosphere in this place is calm but still social. People chat at tables and even join the same games with strangers. Something that doesn't happen often in Paris.
The drinks there are not expensive and easily shared during game sessions.
In other words, LE NID – Cocon Ludique offers more comfortable experience similar to visiting friends rather than being in a bar.
#2 Le Mousk
Le Mousk has another atmosphere.
Compared with the previous place, it looks lively and energetic.
Thus, if the first game bar resembles cozy evening at home, then the second one resembles a proper night out.
In other words, this is what locals like to come here for.
The bar here successfully mixes the usual bar entertainments with gaming options.
It's perfect if your company has a mix of interests.
This bar was where we played pool. I must admit that my uncle won every time and we asked for rematch.
The workers here keep the atmosphere of relaxation. Music is present but not too loud. You can still hold a conversation without raising voices.
And, finally, here you'll feel comfortable as the majority of people stay here for hours. If people stay so long, it usually indicates that it is comfy enough.
Also, note that here the prices are reasonable if compared with many night clubs in the centre.
#3 Yonko Bar & Gaming
Third place is called Yonko Bar & Gaming. This bar is more colorful and fast-paced.
If you love console games and gaming atmosphere here you will definitely feel home.
After entering the place, we saw many gamers playing multiplayer console games. The laughter was all around. They acted like they were having tournaments in the living room.
This atmosphere immediately catches your eye.
This place perfectly suits to current trend existing in Parisian bars. These are gaming bars that offer not only video gaming but also a great opportunity to socialize.
They attract students, young people, gamers, and even tourists who like to spend their time with something more interesting than just visiting a bar.
The drinks here are priced reasonably. It's convenient if you plan to stay for a longer time period.
Finally, I loved here the atmosphere of easy conversations and joining matches. People here invite you into games and you can play with the group even if you came here separately.
This doesn't happen often in bar environment.
